HOW DO I WORK OUT MY RING SIZE?

It is important to obtain an accurate ring size. We suggest that you visit a local jeweller to have your ring size checked before placing your order. This is the only way to accurately measure your finger size.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW JEWELLERY?

We recommend that you treat your jewellery with care and remove when gardening, doing physical labour or exercise, doing heavy housework including washing dishes, when showering and before you go to sleep.

Sleeping in rings and chains can reduce the life of your jewellery by up to a third - items can pull, stretch and become caught in bedclothes, sheets and towels without you realising.

Form a good habit by donning your jewellery last thing in the morning (ie, after you put on your perfume or aftershave) and make it the first thing you take off at night. This will ensure that your jewellery will last and remain in good condition.

CAN I ORDER FROM OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?

Yes! Your order will be processed through the shopping cart just like orders from within Australia. Keep in mind that you may need to pay customs duty when you receive the goods; it will be your responsibility to pay this.

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If the item(s) you have ordered are not available for immediate dispatch, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Within Australia, we will send your order by Australia Post using platinum courier satchels to ensure safe delivery. Outside Australia, we will send your purchase by air mail. This usually takes 7–10 days. The charges will be shown on your order form or at the checkout. If customs duty is payable, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay it. Insurance is included in the postage price.

HOW DO I PAY?

ONLINE SHOPPING

Once you have selected your order, you will need to sign up if you are a new user and fill in all the required address and contact details. Choose the shipping method and shipping address you require, and then continue to payment page.

• Payment can be made by Credit Card through Pay Pal (click on the Pay Pal button) or through our secure site by leaving your Credit Card detail as indicated. The locked padlock shown on your screen is your guarantee of full security.

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE WHAT I HAVE ORDERED OR IT DOES NOT FIT?

This is no problem. We will gladly resize your product at no extra cost* (up to two sizes) if it doesn’t fit, exchange or provide store credit. Before returning any orders, please read our returns policy below and follow the steps shown.

Where possible, we suggest you have your finger size determined at a jewellery store prior to submitting your order.

RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return the jewellery you have ordered for any reason, simply email or phone us with your name and address or email address, any invoice details that came with your order, and the reason for returning the item/s. We will then send you an alternative style or size, or store credit for the cost of the purchase, once the products have been returned to us.

Product received from Designer Jewellers may be returned for exchange under the following conditions:

• Product may be returned for immediate exchange if it does not fit, you do not like it or if you change your mind about the style or colour (within 14 days of purchase).

• Product which is used, damaged or in an unsaleable condition will not be accepted.

• No credit will be given for post and handling charges.
